Job Description
Salary: $75,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive collaboration
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Familiarity with data and analytics projects is a plus
- Certification in Scrum methodologies is preferred
Responsibilities: - Coach Agile teams in Scrum practices and principles
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the teams progress
- Ensure that Agile processes are followed for successful project delivery
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and high performance
