Pay Rate: $30 - $36/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available:

• 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, monitor patient health, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vitals, progress, and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and medical records.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance policies.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and appropriately.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience .
• Current BLS/CPR certification .
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
