JOB TITLE (#1832): Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

A Neuropsychology facility in Rockville Centre, Long Island, NY, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team. They are dedicated to providing quality mental health care for all of their patients. Their goal is to achieve an early diagnosis to better serve their patients with success. Responsibilities of the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner :

• Record patient medical history and symptoms.
• Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans.
• Perform physical exams and patient observations.
• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Educating and counseling patients and their families.

Requirements

• Must have an active State License
• Must be Board Certified
• 2 years of clinical experience is required.
• Traveling to multiple locations is required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Benefits

• The starting salary for this position is $80 - $90 / hr
• This is a Part-time position (1 - 2 days weekly)
