The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of production planning and execution to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality products to meet customer demand. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and alignment between contract manufacturers, procurement, and supply chain teams. The Production Manager will focus on optimizing production schedules, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This position plays a key role in supporting new product launches and scaling production capacity to meet Blueprint’s growth objectives.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing manufacturing capacity.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers to monitor production timelines, quality materials, address delays, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Support new product launches by aligning production capabilities with go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct regular audits of production facilities to ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
• Maintain detailed documentation of production processes, schedules, and performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in CPG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control processes.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Familiarity with ERP (e.g., NetSuite) systems and production tracking tools 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple production timelines.
• Experience with contract manufacturing and supplier relationship management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in manufacturing, including GMP and FDA compliance (if applicable).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000
