Primary Care Nurse Practitioner – Fort Meyers, Florida COMPENSATION: Salary $140k + $10k Bonus

- Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.
Responsibilities - 18 patients a day
- Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
- Work/Life Balance
- Small Patient Panel – 450 patients’ max
- Administrative time included in schedule
- No nights or weekends
- 100% outpatient
- Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/
- Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Qualifications - Board Certified Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- Primary care outpatient experience 2+ years
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- Active unencumbered Florida Internal Medicine state license
- Graduate from a fully accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- One year of work experience as Family Practice Nurse Practitioner
- One year of EMR experience
- Board Certified
Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required - Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
- Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
- Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
- Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
- A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
- Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
