Medical Director

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary of $280,000–$300,000
• Bonus opportunities with total compensation well over $300,000
• Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)
• 33 days of paid time off
• Relocation assistance
• $3,500 Continuing Medical Education allowance + 1 week off

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to PCPs and NPs in a primary care outpatient setting
• Manage a small patient panel of 60–90 senior patients with 3–5 chronic conditions
• Promote value-based care and quality outcomes
• Participate in leadership development through structured training programs
• Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists including cardiology and podiatry
• Support holistic care services such as acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition
• Champion the organization’s mission to deliver affordable, VIP care to seniors

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in geriatrics or family medicine (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed
