Mainframe COBOL Programmer (Roles 2, 3, 4)
Client: State of New York
Location: Albany, NY (Onsite Only)
Visa: All visas accepted, including H1B transfers
Role 2: Mainframe COBOL Programmer
Rate: $50/hour Contract
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with COBOL (ANSI-74/85) in a mainframe environment.
Proficiency in TSO/ISPF, CICS COBOL, DB2 SQL, and JCL.
Experience with on-call production support for large-scale systems.

Rate: $55/hour
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience with COBOL, MVS JCL, and DB2 z/OS.
Proficiency in IBM MQ Series.
Strong background in technical documentation and system design.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (copy required).

Rate: $65/hour
Key Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL (z/OS), VSAM, and DB2.
Proficiency in Endevor and CA-InterTest.
Lead programmer experience (team management, task delegation, code reviews).
Strong understanding of mainframe systems and SDLC processes.
