MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is looking for a Spanish-speaking or bilingual Machine operator to join a leading manufacturer specializing in promotional products in the Mesquite area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm (Mandatory OT as needed)
Requirements of the Machine Operator:
- Must speak Spanish
- Minimum 6 months of prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs
- Able to stand for 8+ hours during your shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in roles such as Printing Press Operator, Screen Printing Operator, Production Machine Operator, Heat Press Operator, Production Assistant, Factory Worker, Assembly Line Operator, Assembly Technician, or similar is a big plus!
- Must be authorized to work for any US employer

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
- Feeding calendars into a printing machine and removing finished calendars
- Fitting foam or fabric beverage sleeves (koozies) onto a cylinder to be printed on
- Monitor product output to ensure it meets quality and quantity standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow daily production schedules and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Assist in inventory and supply management for machine-related materials
