Job is remote or hybrid
Paralegal duties include:
- Assist attorneys in discovery, assist in writing interrogatories, requests for production of documents, deposition notices, subpoenas;
- Assist attorneys in reviewing documents, preparing documents for production, organizing and managing produced documents;
- Review deposition and examinations under oath transcripts and summarize testimony;
- Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions and examinations under oath by managing and organizing exhibits
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trial, drafting trial pleadings, managing and organizing trial exhibits, preparing trial notebooks, drafting witness lists, exhibits lists, jury instructions
- Research, some legal and some research into individuals and entities for subpoena purposes
