LEAD Finance Rotational Program – Wabtec Corporation

 

The LEAD rotational program is the premier entry point into a career with Wabtec. The two-year finance track of the program is designed to accelerate members’ professional development through rotations in multiple finance functions and business units, continuing education, and frequent exposure to senior leaders across the business. Graduates of this program are the pipeline for future strategic and high-priority finance roles at Wabtec.

Expected 2026 locations include Chicago, IL, Pittsburgh, PA and , Fort Worth, TX.

 

Qualifications

/Requirements

  • Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
  • Major GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
  • Willingness to relocate while on program

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $70000-70000 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. More information on offered benefits, which include health, welfare, and retirement, are available at mywabtecbenefits.com. Other benefit offerings for this role may include annual bonus, if eligible.
