Job Description

Salary: $89,900 - 89,900 per year Requirements:

  • 8 years of overall experience in data science or data analytics.
  • 3 years of experience working on AI projects with successfully deployed AI solutions in production settings.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Agentic AI and frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
  • Experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), transformers, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/ML projects that have been implemented in production environments.
  • 3 years of experience developing advanced ML models to generate new data samples, patterns, or content based on existing inputs.
  • 3 years of experience using Azure or AWS services for AI/ML projects (e.g., Databricks, AKS/EKS, ADF, Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, Power Automate).
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms into production environments.
  • Apply deep learning technologies for tasks such as computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), automatic speech recognition (ASR), and semantic comprehension.
  • Collaborate with advanced AI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, optimizing and quantizing generative AI models, including those leveraging RAG, transformers, and vector databases.
  • Manage large-scale training and inference tasks utilizing platforms like Databricks and PySpark, alongside conducting statistical analysis, feature engineering, and dimensionality reduction techniques (e.g., PCA, SVD, UMAP, t-SNE).
  • Develop scalable AI platforms and integrate ML solutions into existing systems using REST APIs, Docker, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
  • Participate in AI governance processes involving project intake, proof-of-concept development, and capital planning.
  • Mentor junior AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and feedback, and engage in code reviews and peer programming.
