Are you a customer service professional with strong communication skills? We're looking for friendly and dedicated Inbound Call Center Agents to join our remote team! In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, provide top-notch service, and document interactions accurately using the provided tools. You may also make outbound calls as needed.

What You'll Do
Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
Accurately capture and enter customer data
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
Handle each interaction with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
What We're Looking For
Experience: At least one year of call center experience, including working with an automatic dialer and call scripting (required for remote candidates—no exceptions)
Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional voice with strong people skills
Reliability: Outstanding attendance and punctuality
Education: High school diploma or GED
Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy is a must
Language Skills: Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
Work-from-Home Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A PC or laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet cable required)
A USB-connected headset
A webcam
