*Maintain and manage files, documents and databases for all US and non-US patent, trademark and IP matters, including: regular reviews of deadlines and actions required; quality review of documents; reminding attorneys/agents of upcoming deadlines; manage weekly or other team meetings; manage a publication review process; liaison with external counsel and collaborators as needed to manage the above. *Maintain and manage files, documents and databases for all contracts, transactions, compliance and other legal affairs, including: manage intake of work requests; track workflow of contracts and other legal affairs matters; regular reviews of deadlines and actions required; reminding legal team of upcoming deadlines; quality review of contracts; manage weekly or other legal team meetings; manage a press release/website review and compliance process; liaison with external counsel and collaborators as needed to manage the above. $119,000 - $130,000.00
