POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Housekeeping Runner at Fox River Resort, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by responding to guest requests, delivering items to guest units, and assisting with laundry tasks during downtime.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and efficient. Strong communication and a collaborative spirit is a must for this role.

The Runner also needs to have attention to detail and the ability to adhere to HHS cleaning procedures. This is essential for ensuring the property remains in pristine condition. This role requires the ability to walk multiple flights of stairs and lift and carry up to 20 lbs so it is perfect for someone who likes to get out from behind a desk.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer guest calls and make deliveries to guest units on property.
• Stocking the warehouse (linen and small wares) and perform inventory counts.
• Assist in laundry during downtime
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all guests
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
• Background check and proof of employment eligibility required
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
• Preferred: Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $15.00
