10 Hours Per Week, Hourly Rate, sign On Bonus, Mileage Reimbursement
This is a part time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant role where you’ll provide direct care to geriatric patients with an average age of 85. Typically, you’ll see 4-6 patients a day for 45mins-1hr per visit. You will be conducting follow-up visits derived from hospital appointments, checking their medications, and ensuring the patient is adhering to their treatment plan.
