Hasbro SA, based in Delemont Switzerland, manufactures and sells Hasbro toy and games products around the world. Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA’s customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe Hasbro BV ('the Company') provides sales/marketing and other services to HET and HIT in the Netherlands. Hasbro Emerging Markets BV ('the Company') provides services to Hasbro SA in supporting its third party distributor markets. As a Finance Analyst supporting the Cluster Sales Finance team, you’ll play a vital role in enabling financial transparency, discipline, and performance across one of Hasbro’s EMEA markets. This is a foundational role for early-career talent—offering exposure to commercial finance, ownership of overhead management, and an opportunity to learn through hands-on support to the Senior Finance Analyst and Finance Manager. What You'll Do Provide a decision support service to the Finance Manager and Cluster Lead with a strong focus on analysis of business performance, by maintaining key reports. Tracking of Sales Allowances Contact with sales team (Key Account manager, Commercial Manager) to ensure that customer trading terms are provisioned and forecasted Track prior year provisions Maintain customer investment template to ensure accuracy and reconcile vs contracts Track and control customer investment in SAP to ensure information is consistent vs latest forecast. Prepare Actual financials Prepare month-end and year end journal entries for sales allowances Reconcile SAP reports for KPMG Update and maintain P&L files Prepare annual budgets and quarterly Forecast Build P&L at item level to have product profitability Support with the preparation of information to be included in Cluster Reviews. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar. Strong Excel skills and interest in data; SAP and Power BI experience a plus. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and timelines. Eager to grow into a broader commercial finance role and learn from experienced leaders. 3-5 years of experience Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French or German (work on various EMEA markets) Ability to manage multi-task effectively Why Join Us This is your chance to build real finance experience in a commercial environment, with direct exposure to sales, overheads, and account strategy.
