**Job Title: Electronics Assembler II** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electronics Assembler II to join our production team. This role is responsible for hand soldering components to printed circuit boards (PCBs), performing rework, and conducting quality assessments using specialized equipment. **Responsibilities** + Solder components to PCBs based on assembly workbook instructions (~15%). + Operate AOI and X-Ray equipment for quality checks; initiate NCR process as needed (~30%). + Perform simple and intermediate rework on non-conforming boards (~30%). + Separate PCBs from assembly array frames (~10%). + Conduct quality checks post conformal coat or epoxy processes (~10%). + Support surface mount machine operators with hand-added components (~5%). + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Strong manual dexterity. + Commitment to quality. + IPC-A-610 certification. + Experience with soldering, SMT, PCB, surface mount, and electronic assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in through-hole soldering techniques. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a small team environment within a climate-controlled setting.
