Experienced EDM Operator / Tool Room Machinist

Salary Range : $25 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

Shifts: 1 st and 2 nd shifts are available

Job Details
You will be performing setups, programing and running on a Mitsubishi Wire EDM / Prototrak Mills / Surface Ginder. You have the gratification of taking unprocessed material and transforming it into something polished and precise. Our machinists are expected to maintain their machine and work area, develop their own programs, and produce their own setups for jobs.

Requirements/Skills:

• Proactive mind set
• Tool room machining experience
• Surface Grinding experience
• Read engineering drawings/prints
• Able to use a vast range of inspection equipment
• Understanding Metric and Imperial measurements, being able to perform conversions from one to the other
• First piece inspections- must be accurate and efficient
• Understanding the correct function of a tool and being able to set it up properly
• U.S. Work Authorization
