Job Description

We are seeking a Field Scheduler to support the office manager and other staff for a family-owned and operated plumbing company. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are looking to hire right away!

Applicants must have strong communication skills and be able to multitask efficiently and consistently. Punctuality and attendance are a must. Training will be available. Hourly pay depends on experience, with a raise after passing the probation/training period. The dress code is semi-casual, with jeans, a nice shirt, and shoes.

Job Details below, but not limited to:

• Scheduling service and projects.
• Minor label ordering and tracking.
• Light electronics support with Apple products.
• Invoice via email and fax.
• Some filing.
• Answer multi-line telephones.
• Accepting customer payments via telephone or walk-in.
• Data Entry.
• Customer follow-ups.
• Soft collections after 30 days.
• Work with purchase orders and payments for materials.
• Scanning in receipts and PO tracking.
• Inventory tracking.
• Project scheduling.
• Light janitorial work.

We seek a self-motivated, ethical, personable, and assertive personality to answer incoming calls and troubleshoot with customers to schedule service work and project appointments. This position requires attention to detail. You'll need to be able to act quickly and take the initiative to ensure customer satisfaction is at its best.
