We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Director to join our team! This position is the crucial link between the TA strategy and practical application. They will build talent acquisition at Hasbro, mentor colleagues, and lead ongoing improvements and innovative approaches in TA initiatives and recruitment processes.
This role acts as a connection between the on-the-ground efforts carried out by recruiters and HR staff and senior executives. It also requires staying actively involved in daily recruitment activities.
At the heart of the role lies the art of influential leadership & communication. In an environment where strategic decisions depend on the accurate and timely flow of information, we ignite the ability to connect effectively with senior partners. This includes guiding our recruiting team on hiring priorities and improving processes on a global scale. It's an “art” that requires not just clarity and precision, but also empathy and a profound understanding of the job role.
This is a hybrid role and requires working onsite 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in our Renton, WA office.

The base salary range for this position is $150,900.00 to $226,300.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
