Your Role
We're looking for experienced Dementia Care Caregivers who understand the complexities of dementia care and have a deep passion for improving lives. If you have 5 years or more years of hands-on experience , we'd love for you to join our team in helping patients and families navigate their journey with empathy and expertise.
Primary Responsibilities
✅ Personal Care Assistance – Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
✅ Medication Reminders – Ensuring medications are taken correctly and observing for side effects.
✅ Meal Preparation – Creating nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assisting with feeding.
✅ Transfer Support – Assisting with mobility, preventing falls, and ensuring safety.
✅ Companionship – Engaging in meaningful conversations and social activities.
✅ Behavior Management – Gently handling agitation, confusion, and wandering with expertise.
✅ Memory Care Activities – Organizing stimulating activities like puzzles and reminiscing sessions.
✅ Stress Reduction – Creating a peaceful and comforting atmosphere.
✅ Housekeeping & Organization – Light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living space.
✅ Transportation Support – Driving or accompanying patients to appointments, gatherings, and errands.
