Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Delivery Leader with a strong background in Cyber Security, API development, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to drive delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. The ideal candidate is a technologist at heart and a strong product-minded leader who can translate vision into execution while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of projects using agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Utilize expertise in cyber security API development to design and implement secure and efficient APIs
- Implement and maintain identity access management systems to prevent financial fraud and ensure data security
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cyber security and fraud prevention
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile project management, with a focus on cyber security API development and financial fraud identity access management
- Experience leading API development/backend API Developer
- Experience working within or closely with Cyber Security Centers (SOCs).
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience in designing and implementing secure APIs, with a strong understanding of cyber security best practices
- Knowledge of identity access management systems and their role in preventing financial fraud
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Background in financial services or regulated industries.
- Experience in product management or acting as a proxy product owner.
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMP.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
