We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage internal and external communications across departments and client accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messages. You will serve as a central point of contact for communication strategy, content development, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with brand objectives

• Write and edit press releases, newsletters, internal updates, and official announcements

• Coordinate and maintain editorial calendars for campaigns and corporate messaging

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistent tone and brand voice

• Support the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and public-facing initiatives

• Monitor communication KPIs and assist with reporting metrics and performance outcomes

• Ensure timely, professional responses to stakeholder inquiries and media requests

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in a communications, PR, or content-related role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Familiarity with communication tools, editorial calendars, and content workflows
