**Responsibilities** **$5,000 Sign-On Bonus offered for qualified new hires. Per policy, current employees are not eligible** This position requires at least 2 years experience in a health care setting. Candidates must have a current California L.C.S.W. license current California driver's license possession of automobile insurance access to an operating motor vehicle and a current CPR certification from the American Heart Association. The incumbent provides direct social work services and counseling to patients and their families and functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Education: Master's Degree from a School of Social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education. Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. Special Skills: Excellent customer service and presentation skills are a must. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects effectively Ability to work independently as needed with a high degree of detail orientation.
