Client Advisor – Confidential Celebrity Pop-Up (One-Day Event)

Retail for the People is seeking experienced luxury retail professionals to join us for an exclusive, high-profile confidential celebrity product drop event in Los Angeles. This one-day pop-up will be an ultra-exclusive experience, and we need a team of polished, customer-focused sales associates to bring it to life.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests with professionalism, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.
• Introduce and educate customers on the exclusive product drop while maintaining discretion.
• Support sales and customer interactions while upholding brand and event standards.
• Assist with product demonstrations and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Maintain an organized and premium retail environment.
• Work in tandem with event security and management to ensure a seamless execution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in luxury or high-end retail (fashion, tech, or lifestyle brands preferred).
• Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to interact with VIP clientele.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and stay engaged in a dynamic event setting.
• Professionalism and discretion are key—confidentiality is required.
