This role, the Shop/Fleet Mechanic, will oversee the performance and maintenance of the fleet vehicles and production machinery. Now this has different meaning than what you might be thinking if you're coming from a "traditional" garage; here you might be doing maintenance and repairs on trucks and cars. But, you may also be working on aerial lifts, forklifts, mini- excavators and other manufacturing equipment. No day is ever the same! 

What will you do in your job? 
  • Perform repair work on vehicles: breakdowns and malfunctions 
  • Follow flow procedures including documenting correct mileage/hours, saving and tagging all warranty and core parts, documenting all repairs on work order using complaint, cause, and correction format
  • Follow parts ordering/billing procedures
  • Perform preventive maintenance on off-road equipment such as lubrications, adjustments, and safety inspections
What do you need to do this job? 
  • High school diploma required 
  • Vocational or college related coursework -OR- experience equivalent required 
  • Current Driver's License 
  • Must be mechanically inclined (of course!) 
  • Work independently 
  • Communicate well 
  • Be highly organized 
  • Skilled in diagnosis and repair of electrical systems
  • This position is located IN Plymouth, WI- remote work is not possible. 
  • Applicants must be able to work in the US as sponsorship is not an option
