After-school Assistance provides support and guidance to students in Fort Worth. Duties include helping with homework, organizing and facilitating educational activities, and assisting with any academic needs. The role may involve providing encouragement and motivation, along with fostering a positive learning environment. The individual in this position should display patience, effective communication skills, and the ability to connect with students. Professionalism and a genuine interest in the students' academic success are essential. This job requires collaborating with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and engaging after-school program.
