What You’ll Do:
Complete maintenance work orders efficiently based on priority
Prepare apartments for new residents (make-readies/turns)
Interior and exterior painting/staining
Perform exterior structural maintenance and repairs
Maintain and service pool (CPO certification preferred)
What You Bring:
🛠️ 1+ years’ experience in apartment or property maintenance
❄️ HVAC experience preferred
💧 Plumbing skills (copper pipe sweating)
⚡ Electrical knowledge (outlets, switches, fixtures)
🧱 Drywall, painting, carpentry experience
🔧 Appliance troubleshooting (refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.)
🏊 CPO Certification strongly preferred
