**Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic** **Job Description** Perform PMI 1 and PMI 2 (phase maintenance) on UH-60 aircraft. Responsibilities include removing and replacing the main rotor, tail rotor, hydraulics, and airframe parts, including flight controls. Additionally, the role involves performing aircraft upgrades and modifications. **Responsibilities** + Conduct PMI 1 and PMI 2 maintenance on UH-60 aircraft. + Remove and replace main rotor, tail rotor, and hydraulic components. + Perform maintenance on airframe parts, including flight controls. + Execute aircraft upgrades and modifications as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience with UH-60, SH-60, MH-60, or HH-60 aircraft. + Proficiency in phase maintenance for helicopters. + Minimum of 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience. + Possession of own tools or willingness to acquire them within the first few weeks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with other Sikorsky platforms such as S-70 or S-76 is considered. + A&P License is advantageous but not mandatory. + 15T MOS in the US Army performing Phase/PMI is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a long-term opportunity with 3-day weekends, working four 10-hour shifts on the day shift. Furthermore, there are opportunities to obtain an A&P License after converting to a direct employee. **Work Environment** The work is based in a hangar, operating from Monday to Thursday with shifts from 6 am to 4:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Guntersville, Alabama. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
